Return & Exchange Policy

At Ollique, customer satisfaction is important to us.

Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on shapewear products.

Exchanges are accepted only for size issues or defective items.

To be eligible for an exchange:

* The item must be unworn, unused, and in its original packaging.
* The exchange request must be made within 3 days of receiving the order.
* The item must be returned in the same condition in which it was received.

Customers are responsible for all delivery and return shipping fees related to exchanges.

We currently deliver and process exchanges within Lebanon only.

Ollique reserves the right to refuse any exchange request that does not meet the above conditions.
